SteelSeries Expands Apex Pro Keyboard Line with New Models

SteelSeries has announced two new additions to their Apex Pro Gen 3 keyboard series: the Apex Pro Mini Gen 3 in black and the Apex Pro TKL Gen 3 in white.

New Models

Apex Pro Mini Gen 3 ($199.99) - A compact 60% form factor keyboard featuring OmniPoint 3.0 switches with adjustable actuation from 0.1mm to 4.0mm across 40 levels. Includes premium switch stabilizers, factory-lubed switches, and dampening foam for improved typing experience.

Apex Pro TKL White Gen 3 ($219.99) - A 75% tenkeyless keyboard with the same features as the Mini version but in a slightly larger format, offered in white to complement other white SteelSeries peripherals.

Key Features

Both keyboards include software features through SteelSeries GG:

Protection Mode: Reduces sensitivity of selected surrounding keys to prevent accidental key presses
Rapid Tap: Prioritizes the last pressed key in a pair for faster input
Rapid Trigger: Allows repeated pressing of keys without waiting for full key return
GG QuickSet: Pre-configured settings for popular games

SteelSeries is also extending the Rapid Tap feature to their existing Apex 7 and Apex 9 keyboard lines.
