With the latest version of the Deathadder you're probably wondering the same as I did when I first saw it - not another version...
Other than bringing the deathadder into the Chroma series of products there aren’t any changes to the shape and feel of the mouse. The Deathadder Chroma is exactly the same dimensions as the 2013 version, same weight, same response time and same tracking speed. It's on the inside of the mouse where razer have invested their time and efforts.
They have upgraded the sensor from 6,400dpi tp 10,000dpi, which is a bit of overkill for many of us right now. But with the ever increasing number of gamers switching to higher resolutions like 4K its probably not a bad thing for Razer to preempt the markets mass adoption of 4K.
To be expected of Razer the Deathadder Chroma works with the synapse 2.0 software just like its predecessor. They have of course upgraded the lighting section to support the Chroma features. You can also sync your lighting to the other Chroma devices you might have.
